The Marketing Plan

 

Each property is different and requires specific marketing depending on price, location and seller’s motivation. Jean Evans & Associates will market the property to sell within 90+ days. The marketing venues used include:

  1. Photos: Taking numerous photos of your home to find the right “One” that will showcase your home.
  2. MLS: Your home will be positioned properly on the MLS – this means proper photos, square footage, and room size will be displayed including a detailed description of your home on the MLS
  3. Realtor.com Enhanced Listings. Most potential buyers start their search online. Properties with the most eye catching photos and the best descriptions will get the most views. The more views your homes sees = more potential home buyers.

  5. Keller Williams  Realty Company Website. Your property is listed with KW Listing System that is viewed and distributed world wide.
  6. www.PropertyAddress.com. Your home address will have a single page website advertising your home. A property website is easy to set up and a great way to provide prospective buyers additional information, photos and details about the property
  7. Major "Search Engine" exposure. is a product I use to help further expose your home to the internet community.
  8. Vflyer will distribute your home to:major search engines such as www.Yahoo.com or www.MSN.com is also a flyer that can be emailed and sent to agents in Frederick County, Shenandoah County, Clark, Loudon, and Northern VA agents.

Locally Your Property Will Have:

  1. Signage. Signage includes not only yard signs, but any necessary directional signs leading into the property from busy intersections
  2. Flyers. An info tube should be filled with current flyers for people that are driving by the property as well as digital and physical flyers distributed within the real estate community.
  3. Broker’s Open House to introduce a new listing to the market to area agents.
  4. Sellers are emailed feedback from agents and prospective buyers on their perception of price, location and if the property meets the homebuyers needs. This system keeps a stats track of how your property is priced and viewed.
